What happens in my first session?
Psychotherapy supports a process of change. In our first session we begin to establish what changes you may be seeking and how we might move towards your desired outcome. For clients under the age of 14, the initial session will be with the parent only.
Our sessions are usually conducted online. In-person sessions can be arranged with additional traveling fees.
How does this work online?
I have a wide range of ways of working with clients, depending on your specific reasons for coming to therapy. I will tailor the sessions to suit your individual needs online.

Therapy is about flourishing in every season of life. To support this, I incorporate somatic, transpersonal, systemic and humanistic approaches in my counselling practice.
